Comprehensive support for HR Top Executive Management & Global Mobility in all operational and administrative activities along the entire HR Life Cycle Support in the recruiting process, including the creation of tender documents, the administration of application documents and the management of service providers Contract and certification of the “Top 100” of the Group of Companies - national and international Pre- and post-processing of committee decisions and ensuring operational and personal implementation Coordination of external law firms and other service providers including the associated bills Creation of documents and individualized applications and certificates as well as support of the expat debit accounting in SAP-HR

Successfully completed training as a lawyer or comparable training Professional experience in a law firm or in the HR field of an internationally operating company Knowledge of labour law, social and tax law desirable Embossed customer orientation, a good organizational talent and an independent and solution-oriented work Proactive, dedicated and team-oriented action Interest in personal business topics in an international group Good user knowledge of SAP and MS-Office Very good knowledge of German and English
