As a service engineer SHK m/w/d, you can reliably run technical systems and ensure smooth building operation. Whether plant mechanic HKLS, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration, central heating and ventilation, or gas and water installer – at SPIE you take responsible tasks in the field of technical building equipment. Own-responsible maintenance and inspection of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities in the context of technical building equipment Implementation of repairs and maintenance and troubleshooting measures Regular control procedures and technical installations to ensure trouble-free operation Monitoring and operation of the building technology via the Desigo building control technology Documentation of performance and coordination with customers and local contact persons

Completed training as plant mechanic HKLS, SHK plant mechanic, mechatronic for refrigeration, central heating and ventilation engineer, gas and water installer or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience, ideal in technical building management or in building technology Customer-oriented, reliable and team-oriented working Good knowledge of German at level B2 and class B driving licence
