As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Facility Manager (m/w/d) now and in full time in Berlin. In the BWI Facility Service, we ensure that our colleagues find the ideal working environment at the location. This includes on-site services, service management, maintenance of equipment and equipment, as well as documentation.

Location support. They serve the BWI locations in Berlin and the region of East and take over service tasks from the broken bulbs to smaller envelopes. Service provider management. For our cleaning and handicraft service providers, you coordinate the operations up to the final acceptance and support the search for further service providers and cooperation with the BwDLZ Data management. Due to conscientious documentation, master data management and minor evaluations, you ensure transparency and traceability. Allrounder. In the roles of first, fire and evacuation assistants as well as security officers you are also prepared for the serious case. If necessary, you will be responsible for cross-site readiness services.

Complete vocational training and at least four years of professional experience in facility or building management Technical understanding and experience with commercial work processes Safe handling of MS Office Joy of regular contact with colleagues and service providers Driving licence class B (class 3) and regional readiness
