Using the commercial information provided by the purchaser, create and maintain prices in purchasing information, quantity agreements and related orders in SAP Maintenance of material master data as well as support in maintaining supplier master data, including address and contact person changes in SAP Input of purchase data in ESKO for the creation process of new articles as well as takeover of the accuracy check in SAP In consultation with buyers, contact suppliers and communicate on operational topics Monitor and maintain contract confirmations and order confirmations from suppliers Support for buyers and quality assurance in case of complaints about the product quality of suppliers Sending, receiving and maintaining procurement routine correspondence and packages with product samples Support for purchasers in the maintenance of other supplier-related documentation Support buyers for projects and activities by maintaining internal contact and communication with other departments

You work in the international shopping team and report to the Director Procurement.
