Operation, configuration and further development of our terminal server and application provision (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops) Support and further development of Windows server infrastructure with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies (GPO) Automated patching and identification and fixation of vulnerabilities on Windows systems Processing of incidents and service requests in 2nd/3rd level support via our ticket system Maintenance of system and process documentation as well as further development of operating standards

Completed training as a specialist in system integration or completed studies in computer science/IT Comprehensive experience in the administration of Windows server infrastructures (Active Directory, DNS, GPO) and in the care and administration of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (VDA) Experience with patch management solutions of advantage Understanding IT Security and Vulnerability Management Structured, independent working and team skills Willingness to accept readiness Very good German (min. C1 level) and good English (min. B2 level)
