You are the first point of contact for our patients: You are responsible for administrative activities such as the acceptance and registration of our patients: You look at the smooth running of the practice operation in cooperation with colleagues from the medical and technical service and the medical service with You support in our call center

You have completed training as MFA (m/w/d) You are an organizational talent and do not lose an overview even in stressful situations You have a high level of social competence, team spirit and flexibility You are versed in dealing with the common computer systems You have good knowledge of German and English in writing and word
