Project Performance Lead (all genders)

You are responsible for the planning control of one of our project clusters - this supervises German industrial customers and currently consists of 40 employees from different trades Keeping the overall overview of the capacity planning, coordinating the utilisation and overarching for an ideal occupation of the project teams Based on your broad digital expertise, you will work together to develop appropriate strategies and guide actions for operational problems, upselling, critical projects and cluster-wide topics You are responsible for planning, prioritization, budget and multi-project management for all projects in the cluster and, in close cooperation with the project controlling, ensure cost-effectiveness With your holistic view of all customer contact partners: you recognize synergies and relationships in your projects and promote the further development and optimization of existing processes in the cluster.

You have a degree or comparable training and have already gained several years of experience in digital project management (e.g. large UX projects, web development, software, e-commerce, technology consulting, etc.) Depending on the customer and project, you develop the appropriate project planning strategy: whether classic or agile - you know how to efficiently achieve excellent results together with your team Know-how in the current project management methods and tools are just as natural for you as knowledge of German and English. Ideally, you even bring one or other relevant certification (SCRUM Master, Product Owner, etc.). You work structured and have a strong entrepreneurial understanding. It’s easy for you to advise customers, reduce complexity and show solutions Through your empathic and powerful personality, you are able to take all stakeholders, transfer responsibility and advance constructive topics
