In this position, the focus is on the independent production of precision parts on CNC lathes, with both quality and efficiency playing a central role.

• Set up, operate and monitor CNC lathes
• Manufacturing of components according to technical drawings and work plans
• Implementation of measurement and quality controls
• Optimization of processing processes and adaptation of parameters
• Tool change and machine maintenance and maintenance
• Documentation of manufacturing processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

We are looking for

Technical understanding, accuracy and a structured working method are particularly important for this activity.

• Complete training in the metal sector, e.g. as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience in handling CNC lathes
• knowledge of the reading of technical drawings
• Careful and independent operation

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
