Create, supervise and promote a culture of security and well-being Analysis and implementation of changes to ensure continuous high quality and productivity Monitoring of projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity and improve customer service quality:in your area of responsibility Analysis of the shifts according to company specifications and implementation of measures to improve our operational excellence Cooperation with colleagues at management level in order to standardise shift procedures

Degree of study Management experience Relevant experience in communication with different stakeholders, including colleagues and executives Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to justify business decisions Advanced English and German knowledge in Word and Writing Preferred qualifications: Experience in working with Lean, Six-Sigma and Kaizen methods Experience with work in another logistics environment Experience in working with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment JOBV1_EN
