...as a team soldier: You work on electric motors and electric generators in the team to ensure that the plant operation remains fault-free. You serve control panels, auxiliary units and control systems. You support the operational monitoring in sea and port operations. You're working as part of a team or repairing them. At fires and leaks, you immediately take measures and learn to handle the necessary devices and means safely. ...as a fieldwebel: You have a leading function within the ship electrical engineering section and work on voltage-carrying systems. You serve, monitor and maintain the power generation and distribution facilities. You control the search for electrical faults and eliminate them. You co-ordinate the material conservation and pay attention to the operational safety and safety regulations. You let plants and equipment operate and control trouble-free use.

You have German citizenship and are at least 18 years old (17 years with the consent of the caregiver). You've completed the minimum school time for the team's career. You have a real school degree for the career of the fieldwebel. Alternatively, you have successfully completed the primary school and vocational training.

You get an attractive salary (2.321 Euro to 3.879 Euro net) and a variety of additional training options. You can receive additional monthly allowance between € 350 and € 700 depending on the type of ship. You will receive family/children's allowances as well as allowances for foreign assignments.
