Structural engineer in charge of construction in the field of architecture / civil engineering (m/f/d)

Technical advice and clarification of incoming orders and requests Construction measures of the Federal Government (e.g. Bundeswehr, Bundes Polizei, Zoll, THW, DWD, KBA and other federal institutes) Activity as an object or construction line with responsibility for the implementation of the construction measures and function as the first respondent for the contracting entities Coordination of all internal services and commissioning and control of external planning offices Creation of performance directories and award documents for tenders according to VOB Collection, testing and evaluation of offers and preparation of construction services Control of construction services, dimensions and building bills Implementation of acceptances and handovers of the construction projects

Complete study of the field of civil engineering / architecture or civil engineering Multiannual professional experience in HOAI performance phases 6–9 Knowledge of at least one of the following topics: AVA or/and contract law Knowledge of building and construction law to be applied Structure and coordinate your own workflows independently You communicate clearly, precisely and understandably in word and writing in German You go open and independent to people and can withstand deadline printing Secure handling of common computer support systems Class B driving licence as well as the readiness to exercise missions within Schleswig-Holsteins Successful safety review according to § 15 para. 2 VSA SH We also wish Experience in the implementation of construction projects Experience in creating functional performance descriptions
