We are looking for our customers in Nuremberg (port area)

Activities:

• Care and monitoring of the entire company building and its associated areas
• Implementation of small repair, maintenance and maintenance work
• recognition and assessment of technical and craft problems
• commissioning and coordination of external craftsmen, e.g. electricians and technicians
• coordination and organisation of craftsmen's appointments and accompanying work on site
• Changing and waiting for cartridges and consumables to water dispensers
• Filling and care of snack machines
• Implementation of stations and journeys
• purchases and supplies, e.g. wholesale
• Support in stock if required
• loading and unloading and internal transport with the forklift
• General support in maintaining a smooth operation

Qualifications:

• Class B licence required
• Very good German knowledge required in word and writing
• Valid forklift certificate required
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Joy in practical work and the ability to carry out minor repairs independently
• Self-employed, reliable and careful working
• Responsibility
• Organizational talent
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance in dealing with employees, service providers and business partners
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks in the company as required
• Physical resilience and practical predisposition
• Safe handling of the forklift
