Business Continuity Manager (m/f/d)

You can secure the company-wide Business Continuity Management so that the company can act in a structured manner in the event of a crisis. You are responsible for the cross-departmental control of BCM topics. You develop, implement and advise emergency documentation and all related information with detailed communication and decision plans for the crisis. You carry out business impact and BCM risk analyses and ensure BCM’s interconnection with other relevant disciplines such as information security, data protection, risk management and compliance. You will review the Business Continuity Management by, for example, regular, appropriate emergency exercises, training/awareness measures and ensuring the strengthening of resilience. You work closely with those responsible for cybersecurity and compliance management. You moderate the crisis level in an emergency or during a crisis.

You have methodological and practical experience in business continuity management, also in the field of ITSCM. You have competences in crisis and emergency management. You're drawing on communication skills and enforcement strength as well as structured and pragmatic work. You have practical experience in risk management and knowledge of information security. You ideally know standards and standards such as ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, ISO 27001, NIS2.
