The Hessische Competence Center for New Management is the central IT service provider of the Hessian State Administration for the operation, the further development and the strategic control of the nationwide SAP systems. As a certified SAP Customer Center of Expertise, the HCC is responsible for a highly complex, future-critical SAP system landscape and actively shapes the digital transformation of public administration. In this position, you are a central professional implementation person in SAP Innovation Management. You work closely with the strategically responsible innovation management and ensure that new SAP technologies, AI applications and innovative solutions are prepared, tested and transferred into practice in a structured manner. This will be your tasks: You actively support the implementation of SAP innovation projects and AI initiatives. You prepare pilot projects and Proof of Concepts, accompany their implementation and document results structured and comprehensible. You analyze new SAP technologies and innovations. You perform technical scouting, evaluate applications in the SAP environment and prepare decision bases for further control. You contribute to the further development of the SAP innovation portfolio. You maintain overviews, status reports and progress analyses and contribute to the transparency and taxability of ongoing innovation activities. You work closely on technical and technical interfaces. You coordinate work between development, operation, architecture, IT security and data protection and support structured coordination processes. You support the governance integration of new technologies. You contribute to compliance with architectural specifications, safety requirements and operational standards and support the development of guidelines and documentation.

Applicable completed higher education or equivalent skills and experience acquired in practice German knowledge of word and writing on at least C1 level Knowledge and practical experience: In the technical evaluation and introduction of SAP solutions In cooperation with IT projects or innovation projects Knowledge is desirable: SAP BTP, Cloud Architectures, AI Services or Low Code Platforms In carrying out pilots or Proof of Concepts In basic architecture or governance You can also bring this with you: A strong interest in innovation while at the same time high governance awareness.
