Lifecycle management: holistic strategic and operational support for existing customers (from pilot project to long-term partnership). Growth & Sales: Systematic identification and implementation of upselling and cross-selling potentials in close cooperation with sales. Strategic advice: Data-based optimization of your customers' recruiting strategies as a savings partner at eye level. Revenue management: takeover of the sales responsibility for the portfolio and control of budget and contract extensions. Performance analysis: Continuous monitoring of relevant KPIs for proactive chance and risk assessment (Churn prevention). Stakeholder Management: Building resilient C-level relationships and internal networking with the Sales, Product and Tech teams.

Experience in B2B solution distribution or performance marketing. Safe handling of KPIs and analytical thinking. Negotiating skills and structured working methods. Current knowledge of German and English.
