Responsibility for professional, qualitative and conceptual further development of services as well as development of offers in the areas: special housing forms of disabled assistance and social psychiatry, assistance in the housing and social areas, the community psychiatric centre and the open aid Leadership of the management team Supporting the field management and teams in challenging themes of our clients Cooperation with cost companies Networking in bodies (DWW, cooperation partners etc.) Control of projects (digitalization, service planning etc.) Responsibility for achieving economic objectives

Completed studies in the fields of social work, social and educational sciences or a further education, e.g. Multiannual professional and leadership experience in integration aid Knowledge of legal principles and social legislation Embossed communication and communication Negotiability and high social competence Ability to work flexibly and independently
