As department manager eCare/Telematik, you will lead and coordinate around 50 employees in the sense of the BARMER-One strategy. You are responsible for the management and development of several cross-functional teams consisting of experts from different directions and backgrounds. You bring a profound understanding of the telematics infrastructure, its actors, processes and their requirements to the health insurance. You are responsible for the central digital supply platform of BARMER, eCare, as well as the TI products relevant to the health insurance companies and develop them along the needs of our insured persons. You always have a look at the requirements of gematik and the legislator. You understand the telematics infrastructure as an opportunity that you want to use best for the BARMER and actively shape the supply. From your enthusiasm for digital solutions and healthcare, you are driving forward the development of TI and eCare products. In addition, you bring a real interest to people, both in terms of the needs of our insurers and the personal and professional development of your employees. In the field of telematics infrastructure, you will not only bring expertise, but also enthusiasm and innovative spirit to support and promote your teams professionally.

As a manager, you will take the look for your employees as well as for the implementation of business goals. You have successfully completed your studies in computer science or health sciences, ideally with the focus on digital health. You have at least five years of experience in the project management/project environment of the telematics infrastructure. A management function is a combination of appreciation, promotion and clear orientation for your employees. You have a broad knowledge of health care and a resilient network in the relevant environment of the executive, its sub-authorities and the subject. A strong empathy for the insurers of BARMER and the will to make BARMER the best health insurance on the market in the GKV competition are driving you. You communicate safely and professionally in a German-speaking working environment and have German knowledge at least on C1 level.
