As department manager eCare/Telematik, you will lead and coordinate around 50 employees in the sense of the BARMER-One strategy. You are responsible for the management and development of several cross-functional teams consisting of experts from different directions and backgrounds. You bring a profound understanding of the telematics infrastructure, its actors, processes and their requirements to the health insurance. You are responsible for the central digital supply platform of BARMER, eCare, as well as the TI products relevant to the health insurance companies and develop them along the needs of our insured persons.
