Your tasks include managing local and international sales tax topics and ensuring compliance with VAT regulations. You determine the sales tax in SAP as well as in Microsoft Business Central and take over the analysis and implementation of changes in the sales tax legislation. You support internal departments in sales tax issues and take over coordination with external service providers for sales tax returns . The support of sales tax reviews, valuations and the valuation of sales tax risks for new business models are also your tasks. You process country-specific tax matters (e.g. plastics tax, SII). You support the expansion of digital sales platforms and the development of internal policies and the Tax Compliance Management System (CMS). The clarification of the responsibility for customs duties, depending on the expertise of those responsible, is one of your tasks.

You have a completed master's degree in business administration or comparable qualification, with a focus on taxes. You have excellent knowledge of German tax law, in particular corporate tax and commercial tax, as well as very good knowledge of turnover tax; Experience in international tax law and in billing prices is advantageous A completed tax advisor examination is advantageous. You have excellent knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Business Central. Your knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is very good. We presuppose German and English language skills in word and writing; further language skills are advantageous. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a pronounced interpersonal communication and team capability.
