Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You work in a team of six colleagues: inside and take care of our SAP application. You are the central contact person when it comes to designing comprehensive IT solutions in the field of design, planning and development both professionally and technically. In addition, you analyze fault and problem situations, coordinate the necessary steps and carry out tests to successfully implement new solutions. You take up new requirements and work closely with external service providers. A special task is your support in the migration of our current SAP R/3 solution to S/4HANA. In addition, you enter additional DV applications in the personnel area. You work closely with the IT departments in the house to ensure smooth processes. And finally, you actively contribute to projects and working groups and make an important contribution to the further development of our systems.

You have a completed study or a comparable specialist training in the field of human resources management, business informatics or business management. In addition, you will bring experience in SAP HCM Support and/or SAP Consulting. Ideally, you also know yourself with structures and processes in the HR environment. You are able to identify, analyze, implement and communicate professional, organizational and technical relationships. A high solution orientation and a very good work organization are your strengths. In addition, you are convinced by strong team skills and flexibility.

salary: We offer you a collectively regulated remuneration (according to the collective agreement for the private insurance industry). In addition, you receive Christmas and holiday allowances as well as extensive social benefits – including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: You have the choice of different home office models, depending on the task and in coordination with your leadership. At least two days a week you are at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office shell of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: With our flexible working time regulation, a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days, you can design your working hours by appointment between 7 am and 8 pm. Any overtime paid is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
