For our Consulting business unit, we are looking for you as Senior Consultant Insurance - Financial Services (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you Consulting - You advise leading insurance companies, industrial insurance brokers, captives and InsureTechs in the team. You work on market-leading projects, expand your network and discuss key issues related to customer, processes, costs, efficiency and transformation. Processes - You design customer journeys and design or optimize the processes below them. You combine the further development of the value chain with different technologies (e.g. Cloud, BPM, Process Mining, Telematics Infrastructure) or with the fulfillment of the regulatory requirement (e.g. ESG, IDD). Analysis - In addition to the classic project work, you analyze insurance portfolios and examine them for possible coverage gaps or risk overlaps. Project Responsibility – You are responsible for projects, tax interdisciplinary teams and take responsibility for the development of employees. You develop topics that you position internally and on the market.

That's what you bring You have completed your studies in economics, insurance, (economic) computer science, (economic) engineering or a comparable course of study.

You bring three years of experience in strategy, sales, underwriting, damage, operations or IT with an insurance or consulting company, an industrial insurance broker or an InsureTech Bank.

You have first experience in project work and project management.

You are interested in insurance and financial market issues and have fun driving digitization and transformation.

You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
