You take over the independent organization of the area, maintain our customers and, together with the team, ensure a reliable process.

Area Responsibility: Independent organization and support of our lottery area as well as ensuring smooth processes Customer service: Friendly and competent care of our customers around Lotto and other services offered Cash & settlement: Reliable execution of cashier operations and careful settlement and control of bills Organization: Responsibility for goods, assortment care and an appealing design of the lottery area Team & Processes: Coordination of the tasks and support of the team in daily business

Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the lottery sector or in a comparable position Lottery ticket: Existing lottery ticket mandatory Expertise: Safe handling of the processes and requirements in the lottery sector Working methods: independent, reliable and responsible working methods Customer orientation: Friendly and service-oriented appearance as well as pleasure in dealing with our clientele
