Nursing service manager (m/w/d) with heart, competence and vision wanted

As the daughter of the Evangelical Social Works in Müllheim, the Diaconical Services Hochrhein have been providing quality and human care for over ten years. In our stationary care facility with 97 seats, people who count on competent, dignified and individual care – including residents with palliative care needs. In 2026 we extend our offer with a new facility for hospice, day care and solitary short-term care. We are looking for management personalities that want to shape the future – with expertise, human strength and innovation joy.

As a home management/care service (m/w/d) you are part of the management team and bear responsibility for care quality, team management and further development of our concepts. Your tasks include: Technical and organisational management of the care team Development, implementation and evaluation of modern care concepts – also in palliative context Ensuring a resource-oriented care process according to current standards Promoting team culture through clear communication, support and professional impulses Quality assurance and preparation of audits and co-design of audits Participation in building and designing new services (hot or day care or solitary short-term care)

Recognized training according to the desired function – for care service management or for home management according to the legal requirements Additional qualification “Palliative Care” or sound interest in palliative support in accordance with the intended function (long-term care or hospice) Professional experience in long-term care, ideally with management experience Competence in modern leadership, binding communication and team moderation Joy of innovation, structure and a valuable working environment identification with diaconic values and a high population orientation
