As a home management/care service (m/w/d) you are part of the management team and bear responsibility for care quality, team management and further development of our concepts. Your tasks include: Technical and organisational management of the care team Development, implementation and evaluation of modern care concepts – also in palliative context Ensuring a resource-oriented care process according to current standards Promoting team culture through clear communication, support and professional impulses Quality assurance and preparation of audits and co-design of audits Participation in building and designing new services (hot or day care or solitary short-term care)
