Junior Program Manager (m/f/d)

Your new tasks:

• You conduct smaller international military programs from the order intake to the final acceptance of the systems/plants by the end customer during the sea trial and the subsequent warranty period or partial programs of major international military programs.
• You plan, organize, tax and monitor the programs according to guidelines for necessary resources, dates, quality and financial success with the help of Program Management Tools.
• You conduct international program teams and program employees directly assigned to you for the program running time in close coordination with the responsible manager.
• You are responsible for the program result (termination, quality, financial success) and report it directly to the management and process managers.
• You'll talk to key customers/contractors and present and represent the program in front of the customer.
• You support offering creation and business development through coordinated creation of the necessary documents/data (SOW, Design Specification, Quantity Skeletons, offers of subcontractors, etc.).

**You will fit us if:**

• You have completed your studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related subject and you ideally have first practical experience in the field of project or program management.
• You would describe your work as independent, structured and targeted, and you are safe to use MS Office and ideally common project management tools.
• Your first experience in the leadership of international (project) teams also brings you to develop in English or you.
• You would call yourself a very problem-solving-oriented, communicative and assertive and can also convince yourself in English.
