This means: Patchmanagement: You run our LAN and Wifi network infrastructures for IT, OT and third-party business and keep them up to date by planning, testing and playing regular updates and security patches Change management: You control changes to the network infrastructure and ensure the smooth integration of new technologies; you also coordinate the exchange and renewal of network devices to ensure a modern and powerful environment Request Management: You implement customer requirements, be it when expanding LAN and Wifi networks or setting up new operating technology Incident Management: As part of our 1st and 2nd level support, you analyze and eliminate network faults quickly and sustainably – if necessary, you replace defective components and ensure a stable operation with targeted measures. In addition, you participate in the standby service After you have mastered the lifecycle, you can further develop your skills: develop your own designs and architectures, work closely with the Group (E.ON) and introduce your know-how into working circles

Routing, switching and modern network technologies fascinate you and you already have first experiences with LAN, Wifi and/or VPNs as well as are motivated to deepen your knowledge You recognize technical challenges, approach fault analyses in a structured manner and find sustainable solutions You are happy to work in the team, can convey technical topics in good German in a comprehensible way and agree with internal and external partners:inside and customers:inside A completed training as a specialist informant:in for system integration, IT system electronics:in or a comparable qualification forms the basis for your specialist knowledge and you do not want to stand, but continue to train yourself You have a class B driver's license and are ready to participate in the standby service in a perspective
