Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Further development and implementation of the company-wide compliance management system and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Translation of legal requirements in practicable guidelines, processes and controls as well as implementation of risk analyses Establishing a structured reporting to the management and coordination of internal and external audits Strengthening compliance awareness in the company through training and clear communication Ensuring compliance with relevant material and environmental requirements (e.g. REACH, RoHS, PFAS, CBAM) and responsibility for material data management Evaluation of supplier information and further development of due diligence processes in the supply chain Close cooperation with purchasing, development and quality management as well as support for customer and authorities requests Ensuring clear structures, efficient processes and audit-proof documentation Further development and digitization of compliance processes as well as central contact person for compliance topics with a direct reporting line to the management

Complete studies in the field of economic law, engineering, chemistry, environmental management, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the compliance field of an industrial company Funded expertise in material compliance and relevant regulatory requirements Practical experience in supplier management and in international supply chains Safe handling of ERP and documentation systems Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Ability to advance topics and involve different stakeholders High sense of responsibility and strong integrity Pragmatism in the implementation of complex regulatory requirements Communication strength and safe occurrence at all levels
