HR Advisor / Human Resources Clerk (m/w/d)

You advise employees on personal questions and support the use of HR tools and processes. The administrative processing of personal measures, such as contract changes or settings, is one of your tasks as well as reporting. You maintain personal data in the HR systems and create evaluations to support internal decisions. For central HR campaigns - e.g. performance management, equal pay or salary rounds - you can actively participate. You support digitalization and process optimization in the human resources sector and support interns and work students.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with further training to/from the personal specialist businesswoman/mann. Multiannual experience in operational personnel work will be yours. You work structured, independent and keep track of multiple projects. You are familiar with digital tools and HR systems (e.g. Google Workspace) and bring interest in digital processes. Very good knowledge of German as well as reliable knowledge of English are of course for you.
