Sub-project management for purchasing / procurement Defence (m/f/d)

In this position you play a central role within our new building projects and are responsible for purchasing as an independent subproject. As an interface between project organization and purchasing, you will ensure smooth procurement and contribute to the project execution that is timely, economical and secure in terms of contract. Your tasks at a glance: You assume the overall responsibility for the Purchasing subproject within a new building project and control all shopping-relevant activities throughout the entire project course. As a member of the project team, you coordinate the procurement of all the necessary components and services, accompany performance disorders and intervene in a controlling manner in the event of imminent time shifts. In your role, you act as a central link between project organization and purchasing in national and international projects and ensure targeted communication and mutual coordination of requirements. In addition, you support the project and subproject teams in all procurement-relevant issues: from contractual and commercial evaluation to operational implementation in the procurement process. Last but not least, ensure a transparent, complete reporting and actively contribute to the development and optimization of our procurement processes across the market.

Complete study of business management, economic engineering or a comparable subject Multiannual Professional Experience in Project Purchase, e.g. as Project Purchaser (m/w/d), Lead Buyer (m/w/d), Commodity or Category Manager (m/w/d) Funded knowledge in project management, ideally complemented by certification (e.g. IPMA or PMP) Experience in the professional management or coordination of project teams Analytical, structured and independent working with rapid understanding and solution-oriented thinking Representative communication, enforcement and negotiation strength in German and English Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems
