Your core tasks are the provision and support of IT infrastructures in our national and international customer projects for sustainable public transport. You act as an integrator* between the various specialist departments within the INIT and visualize the elementary interface between hardware and software in our projects. Here is an insight into your tasks: In close cooperation with customers and technical teams, you coordinate the provision of the necessary resources (on-premise, virtual, cloud) You are primarily responsible for the planning, installation and operation of network and security infrastructures, virtualization platforms and Active Directory environments With our development, you'll find tricky problems, take 2nd and 3rd-level analyses as well as troubleshootings, and keep track of vulnerabilities and develop our customers' infrastructure safely and sustainably As part of your task, you will contribute your part to the creation of our technical concepts and documentation for our worldwide tenders

You have a completed training or study in the IT field and can convince with your relevant professional experience Knowledge of hardware, network technologies, storage systems and IT security Safe handling of the administration of Microsoft and Linux operating systems as well as proven experience in the installation, installation and management of virtualized environments with VMware and Hyper-V, including data backup solutions Knowledge of Citrix technologies and NetScaler ADC as well as experience with container technologies are a real plus The results of your work can be experienced live on site at occasional customer visits Teamwork is more than just a keyword for you and you show your own You can communicate safely in German and English
