For ProMinent Deutschland GmbH we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) sales service for our project business.

They monitor the project cockpit and take over the tracking of deliveries and commissioning. They check the order processing during project completion and work closely with internal interfaces. They support customs and export processing/export control as well as VAT collection in EU series transactions. They are responsible for the audit management and provide guarantee requirements. They are responsible for compliance screening. They provide technically clarified offers by project distribution. They are responsible for semi-annual reports to BAFA / monthly Intrastat notifications.

They have completed commercial training or comparable qualifications. You already have several years of experience in the sales service and/or order processing. They bring first experiences in export processing. Knowledge of customs processing with the Atlas software is advantageous. They have good communication skills, organisational skills, as well as a planned and independent way of working. They speak fluently German, ideally master the English language safely and have experiences in the international context. They have excellent Microsoft Office knowledge and are experienced in handling SAP S/4HANA.
