Marketer (m/f/d)

Active support and development of existing institutional customer relationships (e.g. insurance, funds, central banks, asset managers) Acquisition of new business partners in the area of secured financing (Repo, Secured Lending; Derivatives and Note Formats) structuring and conclusion of bilateral secured financing transactions (e.g. tri-party repo transactions, loan and collateral optimization strategies); Total Return Swaps and Structured Notes Cooperation with internal interfaces (Trading, Treasury, Operations, Risk, Legal) Monitoring of market movements, spreads and regulatory developments (SFTR, Basel III, ESG integration etc.) Creation of offers, pricing and market analyses to support commercial decisions Participation in customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events

Successfully completed studies of economic, financial or economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in the field of capital market products, preferably in the area of secured financing Extensive and broad understanding of capital market instruments for refinancing, balance sheet and liquidity management, as well as the relevant regulatory requirements Strong communicative competence, negotiation skills and the ability to clearly present complex facts High level of initiative, team spirit, flexibility and commitment in a dynamic, international environment Very good English knowledge of word and writing; further language skills of advantage
