Your tasks with us: Group management and leadership: You exercise the supervision of the service and specialist and ensure the service. You advise the team in case questions. You ensure the technical and legal requirements in individual cases and pay attention to the implementation of quality standards.

Cooperation and networking: You are networking within and outside the unit with respect to your area of responsibility. You represent the team or the unit in working groups.

Development and control: You support the Head of Unit in the conceptual development of the department. You are involved in budget monitoring.

Take this with you: Qualification: Completed social pedagogical study or comparable degree, for example Diplom-Socialpädagoge/in, Diplom-Socialarbeiter/in or Bachelor of Arts Social Work. Experience: Ideally already first leadership experience. Personal strengths: self-initiative, communication skills and sense of responsibility as well as a careful and structured way of working. Mobility: driving licence and willingness to use your car for reimbursement.
