You are responsible for the quality of the billing for our personnel cases, e.g. with the help of plausibility checks and control of the data collected in SAP and processing the error logs You have the technical responsibility for carrying out the monthly wage and salary accounting and are responsible for the proper processing of the variable data You are a professional contact person for employees, colleagues and executives on issues related to wage billing, taxes and social security, and advise on complex issues You create personal statistics and personal codes and advertise them You conduct communication with external offices and authorities (Financial offices, SV carriers, health insurance etc.) You take over the reporting, especially DEÜV, ELStAM and eAU You support the monthly and annual accounts You work together with the headquarters in Cologne and IT service providers, among other things in the context of votes for billing, system questions and optimization of cooperation You actively participate in HR projects and process optimization You regularly conduct internal training on billing topics You will participate in regular technical exchanges with the team management for quality assurance and further development of common processes

A completed commercial training Ideally a professional training or further training in the area of pay billing A multiannual professional experience in the independent implementation of wage and salary accounting Knowledge of tax and social security law Safe handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel Experience with SAP HCM or comparable software Impressed service orientation and consulting competence High sense of responsibility and initiative Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented method The readiness for continuous training A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
