Social worker*in (m/w/d)

The body shall be occupied in full or part-time employment as of 1 August 2025, fixed for 12 months. Remuneration takes place according to the classification rules of the respective domestic collective agreement and is possible in the case of the personal conditions in the remuneration group U9.

Your tasks:

Psychosocial support and care of families with children with life-saving diseases Demand collection and advice on psychosocial aspects (family and social anaemony, resources and burden, social aspects) Social counselling for families and caregivers of children with life-saving diseases Support and advice of service providers in the preparation and revision of palliative medical treatment plans Aftercare of orphan families (duration and counselling, application for rehabilitation measures, placement of grief offers)

completed studies Social Work/ Social Education (Bachelor/Master) Experience through practical work in the psychosocial field and comprehensive current knowledge of social legislation Application of the various methods of social work in the respective individual cases Experience in networking work for performing case management tasks Physical and psychological stress Teamability, social competence, empathy and enforcement Safe control of modern communication systems
