You provide advice and support to our departments around which you take over the organization and control of our external IT providers and ensure that new services – from architecture to operation – are introduced smoothly. You provide efficient and legally secure license management that forms the basis for our digital performance. You actively contribute to the integration of new IT services and accompany the entire Service Transition process. You provide expert advice on technical and licensing issues and thus contribute to smooth processes throughout the company. You analyze complex infrastructures, identify vulnerabilities and support the implementation of sustainable optimizations.

You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded knowledge into common IT standards (e.g. basic BSI protection, ISO 2700x, ITIL, Cobit). You have experience in handling Microsoft and Citrix technologies as well as virtualization solutions such as VMWare or VDI. You are characterized by analytical thinking, communication strength and joy in cooperation in projects. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
