Gastronomy Manager (m/f/d)

Ensuring the smooth running throughout the cinema complex as well as the cafe bars, the popcorn counters and the two restaurants Implementation and preparation of corporate events and in-house B2C events in cooperation with the event & marketing department Monitoring and optimization of cleaning and hygiene standards Care and processing of the gastronomy offer as well as various controlling tasks Training and daily coordination of employees Complaint management Acquisition of operational services (spring/sales service, also on weekends & public holidays) and perform comprehensive daily routines as well as active cooperation in individual areas

Complete training in hotel or restaurant, system gastronomy or multiannual experience in gastronomy, with first experience in staff management Good Microsoft Office knowledge and willingness to work into new software Very good communication skills and motivation Flexibility in terms of working hours: mainly in the afternoons, evenings and heavily frequented weekends and holidays
