Self-assembly and operation of modern 5-axis CNC milling centres Programming and customizing CNC programs directly on the machine Monitoring and optimization of running CNC manufacturing processes Self-improving minor disturbances and causes of errors Performance of quality controls including documentation of measurement results Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, setup and clamping documents Maintenance and maintenance work on the machines Ensuring precise and timely production

(m/w/d), CNC lathe (m/w/d), Industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Professional experience in CNC manufacturing, milling or machining Knowledge of CNC programming Ideal experience with Siemens 840D SL, Heidenhain TNC 640 or iTNC 530 Safe handling of measuring devices and test devices Experience in handling ERP systems of advantage Teamability, reliability and quality awareness Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
