We are looking for you in full time at our locations Karlsruhe, Frankfurt, Cologne, Münster or remote as Inhouse Consultant SAP HCM PA/PY Operation (w/m/d) with home office possibility Do you want to make sure that SAP HCM Payroll runs reliably in a multi-mandant system with more than 150,000 billing cases and can all rely on a stable operation? With us you take responsibility for the safe operation of our central SAP HCM-Payroll landscape geno.HR and secure the smooth system everyday together with your team.

Application Management: For more than 600 customers, 3,000 staffers and 150,000 end users, you are working on our unified SAP HCM system to convince digital solutions in the Payroll area. 2nd-Level-Support: You support the second-level support in error analysis and troubleshooting, and you agree closely with other team members on professional topics. System operation & further development: Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our SAP HCM-PA/PY customer suite and continuously develop it. Release & Patchmanagement: You work in projects to implement innovations and patches. Process optimization Payroll: Analyzes existing central SAP HCM-PA/PY processes for increasing efficiency and higher customer benefits for our very extensive and uniform SAP HCM landscape. Technical consulting & system support: You also support technical topics in SAP operation and control cooperation with internal and external interface partners.

A completed study of information technology or training or a comparable qualification form your professional basis. Advisor to the SAP HCM-PA/PY environment: As an advisor to the SAP HCM-PA/PY environment, you have collected at least 3 years of relevant professional experience and know you in payroll processes. Ideally, you bring knowledge of basic SAP-based topics such as RFC connections, transport management or permissions. You can also work with us on these topics. Your personality is characterized by agile mindset, openness, curiosity, problem-solving and high method skills. You like to work in the team, appreciate the exchange at eye level and stay resilient even in challenging situations. Very good knowledge of the German language (min. C1 level) complete your profile.
