Projektassistance – Healthcare (m/w/d) now Here, your skills impact:

• You manage our certification area from an administrative point of view and manage important DGAI projects. Projects of enormous importance: With medical training and certification, we give doctors valuable tools for high-quality treatment of diseases.
• In addition to the project work, you relieve the management as an assistance in your tasks by preparing and posting committee meetings, drawing up protocols and managing appointments.
• Last but not least, you will occasionally participate in congresses and conferences and help us prepare meetings and events.

Take this with you:

• A completed commercial training or studies in social and health care, as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in project assistance
• Good communication skills in German, oral and written, as well as the willingness to acquire relevant technical terms
• A very structured, forward-looking and independent way of working, as well as a quick understanding, in order to keep the main focus on the same projects
• Professionality to customers, discretion in handling confidential data, high social competence and team orientation
