About the role You know the everyday life of a house administration and you know how to put in order when sequences stop, tasks remain or responsibilities are unclear. At Buena you're right there. You support our local administrations throughout Germany, take part in the day-to-day business and make sure that the teams can continue working independently. In administrations already working on the Buena app, you help them to use the software safely and naturally in everyday life. You combine experience in real estate management with the pleasure of technology and the ability to win people for new ways of working. Your success is reflected in working processes, good management quality and teams working better with the Buena app. Responsibility You support our day-to-day management, recognize bottlenecks and help reduce residues – both before and after the conversion to the Buena app.

Improve processes: Together with the teams, you create clear responsibilities and working processes, which also exist after your use.

Anchor the Buena app in everyday life: You become an expert for our software and train the teams on the basis of their specific tasks. Where the use hakt, you support it in a targeted manner.

Secure quality on site: You check how reliable tasks are done and processes are implemented, identify problems early and accompany their solution.

Give feedback to the product team: You translate experiences from everyday administration into concrete notes that we are developing our app.
