Working Student Reception (m/f/d)

In your position, you take the welcome, reception and support of our visitors, suppliers and customers on site. You will take care of the receipt and processing of all incoming telephone calls through detailed demand, classification and forwarding of inquiries to the department. You are responsible for organizing meeting room occupancy, as well as hosting guests. In addition, you take responsibility for the general order and care at the entire site regarding the canteen as well as the organization and ordering at Caterern. Last but not least, you take over the administration and purchasing of all consumables and office materials and coordinate the post-in or post-in. Exit. Working hours are divided into two layers: from 07:30 to 12:30 and from 12:00 to 17:00, from Monday to Friday.
