Quality tests along the production process (Nitril gloves) incl. Sampling, inspection and documentation
Monitoring the requirements of DIN EN 455 / ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 and participation in CAPA measures
Implementation of goods receipt and exit checks
Creation and maintenance of QS documents (test plans, SOPs, test logs)
Working with internal and external audits, supporting validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Technical support for testing and production plants
Working in error analysis together with production and technology
Cooperation with R&E (patents, trials, process changes) and external testing laboratories and calibration service providers
Complete technical or scientific training (e.g. industrial/process mechanics, mechatronics, chemistry, CTA/BTA, etc.)
First experience in QS/QM, ideally in medical technology, chemistry or plastics processing; Audit experience of advantage
Safe handling of MS Office, ideally also with ERP/QMS systems
Basic technical understanding and craftsmanship in handling production and testing equipment
Analytical, precise and structured operation and communication strength
Very good German knowledge, English knowledge of advantage
