Planning and implementation of offers and teaching units in the field of German and early reading and writing skills for children aged 3 to 6 years Development and further development of the curriculum in cooperation with the kindergarten team Use of diverse activities and educational methods, such as songs, stories, media, structured games, creative offers and outdoor activities that motivate children and promote their learning success Designing an inspiring and motivating learning environment Monitoring, evaluation and documentation of the individual development progress of children Creating and promoting a secure and positive learning environment for all children Application of a sound and age-appropriate educational approach to support children in their development Building and maintaining trusted relationships with children, parents, superiors and colleagues

You are a dynamic and highly motivated teacher and pedagogical specialist and have the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Completed studies in the field of early education, childhood education or a comparable qualification such as e.g. an educator training Additional qualifications, for example in the field of care or music education for the elementary sector, are advantageous Professional experience in the school environment or in an educationally oriented kindergarten is advantageous Flowing German knowledge Identification with our educational profile and willingness to develop our kindergarten concept actively Openness for personal development and implementation of modern pedagogical concepts Safe handling of digital media and the ability to integrate technology into everyday learning (PC, interactive panels, tablets, apps, etc.) Ability to motivate young children through practical, inspiring and creative activities and to promote them in their individual development Joy in working in an international and dedicated team Commitment, team skills and cooperative working
