Master (m/w/d) / Technician (m/w/d) Electrical Engineering

We are looking for you as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) electrical engineering for production planning and work preparation in full time for the long-term reinforcement of our team. This position provides for the takeover of the team management in the future.

Selection, support, coordination and regular exchange with our external manufacturing partners including ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery dates and cost budgets Implementation of audits Regular coordination with our internal departments (production, purchasing and quality assurance) as well as maintenance of supplier relationships Creation and updating of technical documentation, reports and analyses Takeover of the team leadership function within the next 2-3 years

Master (m/w/d) or Technicians (m/w/d) Elektrotechnik with multiannual professional experience Knowledge of production technology and quality management First leadership experiences are desirable Multiannual experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Impressed communication and negotiation capabilities, hands-on mentality, high level of self-initiative and organisational capacity
