We are looking for a department management (m/w/d) for the mechanical design in the field of research & development for our team at Endress+Hauser Liquid Analysis at the site in Waldheim.

You provide responsibilities, structures and efficient processes in the department with approx. 15 employees safe. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the associated employees and executives. You support project management and contribute to securing development outcomes from the area of responsibility. In addition to your leadership tasks, you will also edit specialist topics in product development and product care. You take over the strategic development of competencies, technologies and organization for the development of sensors and valves. You ensure the department's capacity and resource planning. You agree on organisational and professional topics across the site. You promote innovations as well as standardizations, platforms and reuse.

You have a degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical discipline. You have several years of experience in mechanical construction, preferably in device construction. You have several years of experience in the management of employees and have a strong leadership competence. You have good knowledge of development processes and methods. You have experience in project work and resource management. You are a strong team player in communication and implementation. You have a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You have very good English skills in word and writing.
