Funding lessons: You promote as a work teacher or Work teacher pupils with a special educational need for support in the emotional and social field individually or in partner groups in their social, motor, planning and design competencies according to the concept for work support in the primary school of the Sonneck School. Collaboration: You cooperate with the special educational teachers and the pedagogical staff at the funding and education planning as the basis for your education. Working groups: You undertake tasks in the preparation and implementation of working communities and school events (e.g. school garden, scenery, circus projects). Every day of school: As a member of the overall team, you take on tasks during the day of school and care in the pedagogical support of the students and in the design of the day of school and care.

Qualification: Completed apprenticeship for special education. As an alternative: completed apprenticeship course for a different type of school (including a lecture) as well as the willingness to participate in VOBASOF or already completed VOBASOF qualification or university degree in the field of technology with the willingness to participate in OBAS. Experience: Ideally experience in dealing with children with the focus on emotional and social development.
