Demand Analysis & brokerage: You analyze customer needs and provide the best specialist: in the areas of Tech & IT or Medical & Healthcare. Project responsibility: You are responsible for the occupation of your projects and work closely with our recruiting team in the 180° model. Contact person:in: From initial contact to successful staff placement, you act as a central contact person for your customers. Market observation & trend analysis: You’re testing the market, analyzing trends early and identifying new business opportunities.

Experience & Industry Knowledge: At least 2–5 years of experience in Sales, (Key) Account Management or Business Development in Human Resources Services in the fields of Tech & IT or Medical & Healthcare. Achievements in Acquise & Customer Liability: Detectable successes in attracting new customers and building long-term relationships. Trend & theme affinity: Affinity for Tech & IT or Medical & Healthcare. Consultation & Negotiation: Imprinted Consultancy and Negotiation Strength as well as safe occurrence. Result orientation & self-initiative: High level of self-initiative, perseverance and earnings-oriented work. Languages: German (C2).
