Management and Representation: Override the technical management of the employees in the coordination area of suppliers and represent the department management in this area of responsibility. Strategic and methodological advancement: You bring methodological competence and vision to further develop the team both processually and strategically. Task Coordination: Coordinate and control the tasks in the assigned area and agree closely with the team. Process analysis and development: Analyze and develop professional processes as well as internal workflows to increase efficiency and quality. Optimization and implementation: identify optimization potentials with regard to cost structure and process simplification and initiate appropriate implementation measures. Project cooperation: Wirke operative, conceptual and, if necessary, lead in projects and independently agree with upstream and downstream organizational units as well as service partners.

Qualification: You have completed your studies in the field of business management, business informatics, data analysis or in a related field of expertise and ideally bring experience in the energy industry or network usage management. Team orientation and structure: You are open-minded, you like to work with people and give groups orientation and structure. Solution-oriented cooperation: You have the pleasure of actively searching for new ways and developing the right solutions together with your team. Flexibility and Priority: You are flexible and can support and prioritize several topics at the same time.
