As a Security Analyst (m/w/d) in the Group Security Team, you analyze threats, create position reports for the Group Management and support ensuring KRITIS regulatory at our locations. You are a central interface between internal security teams, authorities and management. This means in detail: Continuous analysis of safety-relevant situation images and preparation of management and management team position reports Assessment of risk and threat scenarios related to corporate locations (seed, spying, politically motivated attacks) Active support of the Head of Corporate Security to ensure the KRITIS compliance in accordance with KRITISDachG: operational preparation of evidence from positional and threat assessments as a test basis for auditors and authorities Creation and use of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) to create a current map of the situation and develop measures to combat threats establishing and operating a systematic process for monitoring technological developments with safety-relevant influence (new attack means, drone development, AI-based threat scenarios, technological vulnerability) – Technology Intelligence (TI); Processing as a decision-making assessment for the Head of Group Security cooperation with security authorities, internal stakeholders and CHEMPARK partners in coordination with the Head of Corporate Security; Coordination of ongoing information relations after agreed process Further development of prevention, emergency and crisis concepts safety-relevant risk assessment of planned investment and change projects at the company sites from threat perspective; Handling the findings to the Physical Security Expert for the standard technical requirement definition Working with the Development and Advancement Group further Safety Directives and instructions for action on behalf of the Head of Corporate Security Implementation of risk profile-based audits for security-relevant bodies (pre-employment screening) as well as professional support for integrity-due diligence for partner companies with access to particularly protected areas – in each case data protection-compliant and on behalf of the Head of Corporate Security risk assessment of target regions for missions; preparation of location-specific security briefings for employees in high-risk areas; Support in the protection of business secrets and in the analysis of references to economic espionage

Complete high-level or technical college studies, ideally in the field of risk, security and/or security management, political science, legal science, criminalology or a comparable qualification Professional experience in security management, corporate security or administrative security; proven experience in creating position reports, risk analyses and threat assessments Knowledge of the German KRITIS regulatory system as well as understanding of regulatory operator obligations (work/plant safety, licensing rights, danger prevention/stalk) Experience with OSINT methods as well as knowledge of industrial safety standards in the chemical environment are advantageous Interest and willingness to establish technology intelligence processes: experience in systematically observing technological security risks and threat trends Knowledge of legal boundaries in information collections: data protection law (GDPR, BDSG), right of co-determination Experience or readiness to incorporate into pre-employment screening processes and integrity checks Safety check according to SÜG is available or the readiness to carry out these Good knowledge of English driving licence class B
