We are looking for a controller:in / data freak (with experience in accounting), which supports our office in Leipzig. The body is to be filled in full time and is limited to 2 years, with the possibility of extension or determination.

In controlling, you act in a functionally independent organizational unit. You are here for the internal departments, but especially for the management of the central contact personin, information supplierin and decision-makers*in - with the aim of creating transparency, enabling control and accompanying strategic planning.

Numbers & Excel are your friends: You have exercise in the clear processing of data. Collecting, sorting and structuring numbers for analytical purposes is fun and you work with a high degree of accuracy Thinking instead of tapping: You are questioning figures with a critical look and are curious about the contexts behind them. With your good look for numbers, you recognize relationships and contradictions due to experience with digital tools, you will find yourself in the ERP system (myFactory) and project management tool (aWork). You are interested in the content and possibilities of such tools for the further development of the controlling From Use Cases you develop processes, think them digitally and automated – interest in AI is not a must, but likes to see You work not only with numbers but also with people – your communication strength helps you in exchange with the specialist departments ideally knowledge of controlling instruments such as liquidity planning, budgeting and forecasting for your work areas you bring a high degree of independence. You know how to structure yourself to ensure a valid database and meaningful reporting You are happy to be involved in the analysis and development of KPI systems Where Controlling Structures and Processes are missing, you support as a structuring bridge between business divisions and management and bring numbers where You are needed - with pleasure and fun in the further development of the controlling In a dynamic working day, you keep quiet and overview and bring the necessary flexibility to re-priorate your own tasks at short notice excellent knowledge of German as well as good English, further language skills And the most important thing: humor – because our controlling team never loses good mood even in stressful situations
