Your duties

• Operational management of a site or in cooperation with the nursing service managers (m/w/d) on site if the legal practice is still missing.
• They take responsibility for the professional implementation and guarantee of the high-quality care services of the patient and live the service orientation through smooth and empirical communication with patients, doctors, relatives and their own colleagues (m/w/d).
• Dispositive securing of the accounting/documentation (Mdk) in the systems; preferably Medifox or A.
• Staff management and development - in particular planning and implementation of training and training measures for the entire team
• Establishment and maintenance of networks with cooperation partners and other relevant healthcare stakeholders

Your profile:

• Safe handling of common office applications, readiness to incorporate into new software solutions and digital work processes
• Class B licence
• Ability to analyze complex issues and to efficiently design or optimize workflows with solution strategies
• e.g. multiannual professional experience in (outpatient) care but also likes to follow "Nachrücker" with a firm idea of the organisation and coordination of care services based on quality standards and legislation. Regletions
